A suspected criminal was killed by police on Tuesday night in the Gulshan Iqbal area.
Authorities said that the man opened fire on a police party. Police were able to take down the suspect as a result of retaliatory fire.
According to the authorities, the defendant was a participant in the gang conflict in Lyari and was accused of committing a number of terrible crimes, including murder, attempted murder, robbery, and other street crimes.
The corpse was removed from the scene by police and transferred to a hospital for further legal proceedings.
