Ali Zaidi’s residence has been designated as a sub-jail

KARACHI: The Sindh home department classified Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Zaidi’s flat a sub-jail on Tuesday.

The home department of Sindh issued a notification to such effect.

The decision was made in line with Section 541(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, Section 6(a) of the Sindh Prisons and Corrections Services Act of 2019, and Rule 2(1)(s) of the Sindh Prisons and Corrections Services Rules of 2019.
