PTI leader Shahbaz Gill apologised to Member National Assembly (MNA) Ramesh Kumar on Saturday for statements he made against the minority member on a TV chat programme last year.

The PTI leader appeared to Kumar’s residence on Saturday and apologised for statements made on a private TV station before of Imran Khan’s no-confidence vote.

Gill expressed regret for what he said to Ramesh and apologised for whatever transpired between them during the TV discussion.

Gill said in a tweet that he is presently facing hundreds of charges, including defamation suits brought by the Sharif family, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, and others, which he intends to defend in court.

“Ramesh Kumar is a minority, therefore I went to him today because my battle is against the class structure, and I don’t want to fight with any minority,” he continued.
