KARACHI: Six people were injured after a gas cylinder exploded at a residential building in Karachi’s Lyari neighbourhood, including women and children.
According to officials, the incident occurred early Saturday morning in the Bihar Colony neighbourhood of Lyari after a cylinder exploded, hurting six people, including women and children.
“The injured were sent to the Civil Hospital for treatment,” they said.
On a regular basis, incidents of gas cylinders exploding in the city have been documented, resulting in human and physical damage, primarily due to undersized cylinders.
